Twin Cities Gun Owners & Carry Forum (TCGOCF) is a community-based information and outreach group. TCGOCF is a community resource and forum for those who wish to learn more about guns, self-defense, permit-to-carry, 2nd Amendment issues, right-to-carry laws and related news and information. TCGOCF engages in pro-active community outreach for the purpose of educating and informing the public about facts, and to help dispel misinformation and misconceptions about Minnesota's gun owners, permit-to-carry holders and Minnesota's right-to-carry law and related firearms laws.
TCGOCF is not "membership" based and has no formal source of revenue. The forum and its outreach is sustained by the volunteer efforts of individuals and by generous donations received from community members.
